What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover credit cards through PayPal.
What happens after I place an online order?
Once you submit your order, an e-mail confirming your order as being received will be sent. A second e-mail will be sent notifying you that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number if available.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 busniess days after placement excluding weekends and holidays. If item ordered is out-of-stock, immediate notification and refund will occur.
How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please allow at least 10 to 14 days for receipt of order.
Where do you ship and not ship?
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes or APO's. We do not ship outside the USA, including Canada and Mexico at this time. Sorry.
Do you accept return of an item?
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days.
If item is returned because of damage or defective, customer will have the option of a refund or exchange. Item must be returned with original packaging and contents. We must be notified by email within 3 days of receipt of item stating damage or defect. At that time, a Return Authorization Number will be issued.
If item is returned without damage or defect, shipping on original purchase is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning an item. Returned items must be unused and in re-sellable condition in its original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
